This is a gentle, restorative practice, perfect for anyone looking to dive into breath work and meditation, creating space for peace and healing.

We’ll move together to the rhythm of uplifting gospel music, allowing the healing vibrations to fill the space. This isn’t just about the physical postures—it’s about releasing what we’ve been holding, coming together in community, and doing the deep inner work.
