Hi there! I’m Sierra, a Certified Grief Coach and Yoga Teacher and this is The Renewal Project.
My passion lies in cultivating community to help you through the grief associated with death and the inevitable transformation of this sacred time in your life.
Using the healing modalities of Yin Yoga, Sound bathing, Reiki, Self-Care, Mindfulness and Meditation; you will learn how to release grief, trauma, and stagnant energy, so that you can fully step into your purpose as a radiant, heart centered, divine being.
Together with a community of like-minded souls you will reflect, laugh, cry, process, gather, remember, evolve: Ultimately unlocking the power of your truest self, paving the way for a purposeful life….. filled with joy and contentment.
